The task
This $350,000 residential project for a private client involved the complete replacement of the external façade, altering the appearance of the building entirely.
Our thinking
We acted as project managers, expert witness and architects on the project, transforming the aesthetic of the building through a conceptual re-design, consenting process and quality assurance programme.
The result
The project was completed on time and under the original budget.
