The task
We were briefed to provide financial contract management and benchmarking comparison services for this $22.5million housing redevelopment programme for Housing New Zealand (HNZC).
Our thinking
As client representative, we successfully negotiated favourable terms for HNZC, employing a rigorous quality regime to ensure contract compliance across the delivery team of developers and contractors. Our work included setting up the conditions of contract in regards to ownership and transfer of land.
The result
Effective communication and collaboration throughout the project saw that all issues and contract variations were resolved before the tenants moved in.
