Our Christchurch team are on the move! Having outgrown their current space on Victoria Street, the team will be moving to the newly named Hampton Jones House at the end of July.
Hampton Jones House is the former Design & Arts College Building, which Hampton Jones have purchased the naming rights to.
The building is located on the corner of Oxford Terrace and Montreal Street, and beside the Oi Manawa Canterbury Earthquake National Memorial.
Our Architectural team are underway designing the new office fit out, working closely with our Quantity and Building Surveyors.
Regional Director Simon O’Brien says:
Our current office has been a fantastic base for the last three and a half years, however, with our current and on-going growth it’s time for a fresher and larger office. Hampton Jones House offers the team a new perspective of the city, and I hope a new drive and vision to continue our great work in Christchurch and the South Island.
The team are taking over the top floor with its wraparound balcony, which looks out over the memorial – and will be an awesome spot for a BBQ during summer – watch this space for your invite!
