Property Council Property Industry Award Win

We’re very proud to see that another of our projects with Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities has been recognised at the Property Council New Zealand Property Industry Awards 2021.

Hampton Jones provided Quantity Surveying and Engineer to the Contract services to the Brookfield Avenue development in Onehunga, which received an Excellence Award in the Community and Affordable Housing category.

Comprised of 4 two-bedroom duplexes and 12 one-bedroom apartments, the development was designed by Monk Mackenzie and built by Home NZ for Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities.
