Key project in Queenstown for Hampton Jones

Hampton Jones is currently providing Engineer to the Contract, Project Management and Quantity Surveying services to The Carlin Queenstown; a six-star luxury boutique hotel opening in Queenstown later this year.

The Carlin is located on Queenstown Hill, overlooking the town and Lake Wakatipu, and will offer 9 suites and 5 connecting deluxe rooms including two penthouse suites, accommodating 50 guests per night. It will feature a showroom accommodating 80 guests with fine dining and a signature cocktail bar.

Works are progressing quickly on-site; the retaining structure and foundations are now complete and the main steel structure is nearing completion. The first of two lifts have been installed and fit-out works to levels 4, 5, and 6 are underway.
