Brian brings over 20 years of experience in commercial building surveying for commercial, industrial, government and private portfolios in the UK and New Zealand. Brian has specialist expertise in dilapidations, due diligence and development monitoring services.

Director, Chartered Building Surveyor
Matt sits on the Hampton Jones Board of Directors in a governance role and within the business manages business development and marketing. With over 20 years’ experience, Matt has an Honours degree in Building Science and is a member of RICS and New Zealand Institute of Building Surveyors.

As General Manager, Jacqui is accountable for driving forward the strategic direction of the business with the Directors, while managing the overall business, driving improvement, and building a great culture around our people and clients. Jacqui has a wealth of leadership and operations experience from a range of industries.

As Financial Director, Susan has developed a strong interface between the finance function and business operations, by providing support and in depth financial analysis to improve performance. Susan has also been involved in a number of business acquisitions and business turnarounds.

As HR Manager, Nicole has been instrumental in steering the business to support our teams during our rapid growth. A former lecturer at Massey University, Nicole has also worked at the strategic level of HR and Health and Safety for OSH, Goodman Fielder and AUT.

Rowan is a qualified Quantity Surveyor who has worked in New Zealand and countries across Sub-Saharan Africa. Rowan has vast experience with the Main Contractor and has recently spent 3 years working on the $700m New Zealand International Convention Centre in Auckland.
