Toyota Financial Services provides a range of vehicle finance, leasing and insurance products through its three national offices and 50 Toyota centres. Toyota required the refurbishment fit out of two 1,532m2 office floors and the connection of the two levels via a stunning atrium staircase. Modern, flexible meeting spaces have been created through the use of glass and operable walls, along with a lobby/reception area, a large café-style lunchroom, office and break out spaces. Refurbishment was also undertaken throughout the building’s common lobby areas, toilets and lifts.
Hampton Jones worked closely with the landlord, Goodman Property Trust and the tenant, Toyota Finance to give clear visibility of fitout costs to both parties. We provided them with cost monitoring services, which included monthly valuations, cost reports and variations throughout the contract period to ensure that the project remained within budget.
Both clients were happy with the final result; especially Toyota Finance who now enjoy a modern, lightfilled office space - with enough space to race a car!
