Kinetics Fit Out
Kinetics Group relocated to a new office in Newmarket to be closer to the Auckland CBD. The project required a fresh and modern fitout including internal partitions, mechanical, fire and plumbing services.

University of Auckland
We undertook a Building Condition Survey for the University of Auckland across their property portfolio of 113 buildings. The client was seeking to understand the state of these buildings so they could prioritise repairs and planned maintenance.

Dilworth Senior Campus
We created a Long Term Maintenance Plan for the Dilworth Senior Campus for the next 15 years. This Plan provides the school with an understanding of the current state of their buildings.

Whangaparoa Library
We completed the refurbishment and renewal of the Whangaparaoa Library, located north of Auckland on the beautiful Whangaparaoa peninsula. The objective was to create a warm and inviting space, leading all visitors into the heart of the library.

Public Trust
We were engaged by the Public Trust to carry out construction observation work on two offices in Hamilton and Dunedin. The initial scope soon grew into arranging for tenant works, staff relocation and dilapidations negotiations. Part-way through the project we were asked to complete fit-out works for the client for five new locations and find expert consultants to assist in the strategic review of their portfolio.

DLA Piper
Fourteen months from procurement to post-contract, the fit-out of five floors of the DLA Piper Tower was a challenging project. We represented both tenants: DLA Piper and Kiwi Property.

Hellmann Building
Owned by Auckland Airport and leased by Hellmann Worldwide Logistics; the building is a departure from the standard neighbouring buildings of its kind. This high profile project is comprised of Hellmann’s office/headquarters, tenanted showrooms, lobby/reception area, a large café-style lunchroom and office, meeting and break out spaces. We were engaged to complete Building Surveying for this project.

Rangiora Apartment Buildings
We acted as the Engineer to the Contract on this award-winning project for Kāinga Ora in Rangiora. The project won an Excellence Award in the Kāinga Ora, Homes and Communities Multi-Unit Residential Property category at the Property Council Property Industry Awards.

Toyota Finance
Toyota required the refurbishment fit out of two 1,532m² office floors and the connection of the two levels via a stunning atrium staircase. Modern, flexible meeting spaces have been created through the use of glass and operable walls, along with a lobby/reception area, a large café-style lunchroom, office and break out spaces.
