Tony Phillips is Hampton Jones’ Northern Regional Director and Chartered Quantity Surveyor and heads up our North Shore office.
Tony joined Hampton Jones in 2011 to establish our Quantity Surveying department and has been quantity surveying for 23 years; originally in the UK before moving to New Zealand.

The insurance claims from the damage caused by Cyclone Winston to several resorts in Fiji. The destruction caused by the cyclone was devastating to this pacific island nation where many people lead very basic lives. Being able to contribute to the rebuild by providing timely repair and cost assessments gave the HJ team and myself an immense sense of pride and wellbeing.
By creating best value for the building through initial and whole life costing expertise, which provides clients with options on what will be best for the building in the short and long term from an economic and environmental aspect.
